“I am looking forward to the Passover Seder because it gives me an opportunity to celebrate with my family away from home,” said Leah Swartz, KU Senior. “This will be my fourth year going to KU Hillel’s Passover Seder and I am going to miss having this opportunity once I graduate.”
The evening will begin at 6PM with KU Hillel’s Jewish Experience team helping to lead the service along with KU Hillel’s Executive Director, Jay Lewis. The Jewish Experience team consists of KU students: Ben Davis, Becca Levine, Pearl Sonnenschein, Leah Swartz and Evan Traylor. The Seder and the will conclude at 7:30PM.
“Getting the chance to help lead the Passover Seder this year will make the experience even more meaningful,” said Ben Davis, KU Junior. “I am looking forward to a great turnout.”
Throughout Passover, KU Hillel will have matzah available to students as well as other pesadic treats.
